Varieties and features: 
1) Deep groove ball bearings:
Due to their versatility, single-row deep-groove ball bearings are the most popular
of all anti-friction bearing types. They are available in a broad range of sizes,
from miniature ball bearings with outside diameters of less than 9mm, to extra-large
bearings that exceed 800mm in diameter. These bearings are also available
in a wide variety of shield, seal and snap-ring arrangements. Typical applications:
electric motors, automotive applications, home appliances, industrial equipments.
 
2) Extra-large size bearings:
We have special facilities to produce large, outsize and non-standard bearings of
bore diameters up to 4000mm. Our extra-large bearings are widely used in the metallurgical, electricity generation, construction and defense industries.
 
3) Water pump bearings:
Water pump bearings are primarily used in automotive water pumps, basically consisting of standard double row bearings. 
These bearings are available in two main types:
a) Ball-ball: with two rows of balls; WIB, BWF, WS, WK, 885000 series, etc.
b) Ball-roller: with one row of balls, one row of rollers; WIR, WN, WKH, 665000 
series, etc.

4) Ceramic ball bearings: 
a) Ceramic bearings have excellence performance as special electrical and magnetism
resistance, wear and corrosion resistance, lubrication and maintenance   free
when working, high and low- temperature resistance etc. So they are suitable to
be used in awful environment and special condition. 
b) The rings and balls made of full ceramic material: ZrO2, SisN4 and Sic as a standard
structure, the cage made of PTFE, GFRPA66-25, PEEK, PI, AISI US304, SUS316,
Cu, etc. 
c) Series available: single-row deep groove ceramic ball bearings, self-aligning
ceramic ball bearings, single direction thrust ceramic ball bearings and angular
contact ceramic bearings 
d) Ceramic balls: all kinds of ceramic balls with the precision from G5 to G200,
made of the material ZrO2, SiN4, SiC and Al2O3, etc. 
 
5) Spherical plain bearings & rod ends: 
We manufacture a full range of spherical plain bearings, spherical thrust plain bearings
and rod ends. We also have the ability to develop special designs according
to customers' requirements. Materials available: chrome steel, carbon steel,
bronze, stainless steel, etc.
 
6) Spherical roller thrust bearings:
The outer ring raceway of this bearing is spherical, with the center of the radius
located on the bearing axis, providing a self-alignment capability. This bearing
incorporates a 45° contact angle that enables the bearing to support large
axial loads and moderate radial loads. These bearings incorporate an improved
internal design that allows relatively high-speed operation. Typical applications:
injection molding machines, crane hooks, vertical pumps.
